  • No Keys will be handed over unless full deposit is received and reflected in our account.
  • Check in time must be pre-arranged at least 48 hours prior to check in.
  • Check in times are between 14:00 - 20:00
  • Check out times are between 08:00-11:00 to allow preparation for next guest arrival.
  • No person of the number agreed at the time of reseveration may occupy the property. Please note that children over the age of 8 years old are counted as a person when making the reservation.
  • We accept no liability for any accident ,injury ,loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors , animal , vehicles , or personal effects, howsoever caused.
  • The use of accommodation , facilities and equipment is entirely at the users own risk. Vehicles, baggage , rifles and personal belongings are at the tenants risk.
  • Please note that if the PH ( professional hunter ) or guide feels one is not in state of mind to hunt or use a firearm / rifle ,the PH are allowed to ban you from any hunting or shooting.
  • No shooting will be allowed without the guide or PH being present.
  • No shooting will be allowed after sunset.
  • No alcohol  or drugs are allowed at time of hunting.
  • Please note no smoking in the house.
  • The farm and all facilities are very precious to us, and we ask that you respect it and treat it as if it were your own.
  • In the case of any breakage we will keep you responsible and we will send you a bill, so please try not to break anything.
  • In the case of theft we will keep you responsible and we will involve the Police. So please leave the things in the same way you have received it.
  • Please switch of unnecessary lights, to save energy.
